Busy Year Predicted for the Outer Banks: 2021 Mostly Booked
The Outer Banks has been enormously popular as a 2021 destination choice for travelers. Carolina Designs is excited and pleased to be able to host visitors to our vacation rental homes while adhering to CDC cleaning guidelines.
If you’re just getting your 2021 vacation planning started, you’ve probably noticed there isn’t much, if any, availability left for the summer. What you’re seeing (or not seeing) on our website is true: We are nearly fully booked for the traditional summer weeks, and that happened very early this year. Carolina Designs only manages a certain number of homes by choice (around 350) so that we can provide meaningful, prompt, and responsive service to our guests and homeowners.
What we are also seeing is that those who weren’t able to secure a 2021 reservation are booking 2022 earlier than ever. We encourage you to make your plans sooner, rather than later, to capture the perfect vacation home for you and your family. 2022 calendars are already open for some homes, and more will continue to become available in the coming weeks.
