    Tropical Storm ArthurTropical Storm Arthur has reported winds of 70 mph. At 5:00 PM, the center of Arthur was located approximately 435 miles from Cape Hatteras, NC.

    Watches And Warnings
    A Hurricane Warning is in effect for the Dare County Outer Banks. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the entire North Carolina coast.

    Evacuation Information
    At this time, there are no evacuation plans in Currituck County (Corolla)

    At this time, there is no evacuation order for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills or Nags Head.
