Tropical Storm Arthur has reported winds of 60 mph. At 11:00 AM, the center of Arthur was located approximately 525 miles from Duck, NC.
Watches And Warnings
A Hurricane Watch is in effect for the Dare County Outer Banks. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the entire North Carolina coast.
Evacuation Information
At this time, there are no evacuation plans for Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills or Nags Head.
