The Northern Outer Banks are OK post-Florence

We are relieved to report that it is back to business as usual here on the northern Outer Banks. The towns of Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, & Nags Head avoided a direct hit from Hurricane Florence, and there has been very minimal damage reported in our area. Bridges, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants are open as we began welcoming visitors back to the area on Sunday.

Our hearts are heavy for our neighbors to the south and inland who continue to be impacted by the brunt of the hurricane. As a tight-knit coastal community, we understand the impact of hard-hitting storms. Carolina Designs Realty has donated to relief efforts to support our neighbors affected by Florence.
