The Housekeeping Department held their annual holiday gathering to thank all of the cleaners and inspectors that provided exceptional service this year. Due to the number of attendees, a new venue for their gathering will have to be pursued next year! A great big ‘Thank you’ was extended to all of the exceptional staff that together helped make a successful 2007 vacation rental season. Capt Bob’s catered the event and our very own Robert Brown provided disc jockey services for karaoke that kept people singing well into the night.
We are extremely fortunate to have Deborah Stone, our Housekeeping Manager, Toni Sawyer and Donna King, our Housekeeping Coordinators, working very hard to manage 300+ housekeepers and inspectors to ensure extremely clean and well equipped vacation rental homes.
A member of our staff, Michelle Layne, our General Manager, is a certified Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional (VRHP). VRHP is a professional association of vacation rental companies that strives to increase the quality, service level, and professionalism of housekeeping to both vacation rental homeowners and vacation rental guests. We commend our staff for their exceptional service as they work together to bring the highest level of satisfaction to our guests and homeowners alike.
