September 29th, 2009“I just wanted to extend our warm thank you for the unexpected kind gesture that was extended to us after our recent stay at #712 Susan’s Summer Home. When arriving back home in PA and after opening our mail, we discovered a check in the amount of $100.00. This was apparently authorized by the owner for the inconvenience of not being able to use the Theatre room during our stay due to the projection lamp needing to be replaced.
We were so impressed with how the situation was handled from the very beginning by Carolina Designs Realty and then this! The excellent level of customer service we have received the past 15 plus years renting vacation homes through your company is why we have remained loyal customers.
Please extend our sincere thank you to the owner for his/her generosity in the handling of this situation. Also let them know how much we enjoyed our stay in their home. It was absolutely beautiful!
