Pedal-Foot-Paddle Triathlon

 Saturday April 23 at 8:00am 

Join us for a special triathlon beginning and ending in Currituck Heritage Park. The “Pedal-Foot-Paddle” starts with a 7-mile scenic cycle through Corolla followed by a 2-mile run on the beach at low-tide, wrapping up with a 1-mile kayak paddle on the Currituck Sound. For the more leisurely-minded enjoy the fun event, “Land and Light”- climb the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, then stroll through the park ending at the front porch of the historic Whalehead Club. Contestants may participate individually or as a team. Register and Start Training NOW!  If you are not the athletic type then come be part of the volunteer team aligning the race route to guide & cheer the participants on.

Outer Banks Rock Concert, Poker Run and Lawnfest

CARBON LEAF, a rock band with many influences and soaring in popularity, will perform at the Brewing Station Tuesday, April 19th.  Advance tickets are $15 and may be purchased at our office or at the Brewing Station.  The cost is $17 at the door which opens at 8:30 p.m.  The band begins at 9:30 p.m.

Merging Service Departments: “One Stop Shop” for Housekeeping and Maintenance

Carolina Designs Realty is very pleased to announce our Maintenance Department has moved to our Guest Services office in Harbinger, North Carolina, just one mile North on Route 158 after crossing the Wright Memorial Bridge.  Since opening the Harbinger office in 2006, our Housekeeping Department has performed all operations from this location.  Restructuring the design of the building, our Maintenance Department has relocated to this site and both Departments will now reside under one roof.
