Office Updates

Throughout the year, we’ve made great strides in making office updates to give our rental office in Duck, North Carolina, has a fresh, new look! 

New paint on all the walls and trim, new carpet, beautiful tile in the kitchen, upstairs hall and bath, and new blinds for the windows were all on the “facelift” agenda.

The Outer Banks Music Showcase Christmas Show

As in years past, The Outer Banks Music Showcase presents an all live cast Christmas Show for the whole family!  This show will delight the young and young at heart with their beautifully arranged scenes as you watch their professionally trained cast give all star performances.

“Come celebrate with Santa and the cast as we stroll through a Winter Wonderland filled with all of the holiday classics that truly make this The Most Wonderful Time of the Year.  Show times started November 13th and run through December 27th and there is a 2pm and 7:30pm show time available.  To order your tickets:  Adults $22.00; Seniors (60+) $21.00 and Children (12 and under) $8.00, call (252) 261 7505.

Advance Reservations for 2009 Payment Deadline

All of our guests that made advance reservations for 2009 will need to pay their first half deposit by Sunday, November 16th.  If we have not heard from them by Wednesday, November 19th, their reservation will be automatically cancelled and may be quickly re-rented by others who are on a waiting list for the property.  If there is not a back up guest for the available week, the open week will be immediately advertised as available on our website and in our Property Management System.

Runners infiltrated the Outer Banks

OBX Marathon1.gif     Runners infiltrated the Outer Banks in “pirate” style (this year’s theme) for the Third Annual OBX Marathon, Half Marathon and Kelly Hospitality Fun Run organized in partnership with the 2008 USATF North Carolina Association Marathon Championship.

Friday, November 7th and Saturday, November 8th, the OBX Marathon Expo was held at the Dare County Youth Center in Kill Devil Hills.  Official race souvenirs, athletic apparel and other goods were sold there. There was music, games, and entertainment as well as an art show featuring original pieces of art that were submitted for the contest used to create the event poster.
